Why haven't I got my Gems for inviting a friend?

In order to get your Gems the player you invite must:

• Log into ourWorld using the link you provided them.
  
• Save their character
• Reach level 5 for your first 5 Gems. You'll get 5 more Gems when they reach level 10, 5 more at 15, and so on!
• Not have exceeded the Gem award limit (this limit is based on the quality of your referrals.)
  

If you haven't gotten your gems, one of those three things has not happened!
